I have the above with blueiris. Can I set this to autotrack and if so how, in BI or logging in to the device itself and will BI use those settings and autotrack?

blue iris does not have an auto tracking function...
blue iris does nothing more than capture the video from the camera, so if the camera is set to auto track it will feed that video to blue iris...
note that motion tracking is glitchy and gimmicky and not suitable for a primary camera...
