Hikvision cameras keep crashing

Hi all.

I installed 5 Cameras (DS-2CD3145F-I) at my fathers house. When i am connected with macbook to the cameras and also connect via mobile phone my camera will crash. "abnormal shutdown".

Does anyone of you have a solution for this problem?
 
well my Hik Dome DS-2CD2135F-IS crashes repeatedly and starts back up. Pain in the butt
I have re-booted and turned off all functions. Reset to basics. Still happening
It wont even connect to IVMS-4500hd or directly through router most of the time.
 
This might be obvious but did you reboot camera back to defaults but keeping IP info etc.
I did and it has seemed to work for now
 
I have a vague recollection of a couple of similar problems from ages ago where the combination of IPv6 on the router and Mac devices on the LAN caused reliability problems with Hikvision cameras.
Maybe as an experiment, if it's enabled but not required, turn off IPv6 in the router.
