Hik vision NVR

Hi

Hope you guys/Girls can help me.

I recently installed A Hikvision NVR with a camera.

Today i installed yet another camera, now all the cameras are dark greyish with no picture in iVMS-4200 program. But! I can use the hik-connect app and I can see the cameras there with no problem what so ever.

Any ide what the problem is?

Why are you using iVMS 4200? Try using the web GUI.

what streams is it trying to display? Does the stream show OK if you go single-screen on each camera but grey if displaying all?

Try checking the main and secondary streams at the camera GUI and reduce the bitrate of the secondary to 1024

The web GUI works fine, but the web times out, so it cant be dispalyed on another screen.

IT doesnt matter it its singel or multi screen.
