Hik DS7608 sp NVR powered off alone !!!!

the NVR restart alone every 15 minutes without finding the reason for that , sometimes its stuck .
anyone have this issue before???

yes, firmware bug, if you update you can get up to a week before it happens. theres no known fix as of yet. I returned mine for a 7716
