Hik-Connect Error 91

Has anyone experienced error code 91 on Apple ios ? 7 of 8 my cams are running. The only one cam that is not working is an 8mp Hikvision turret (2385).

Does anyone have a fix ?

Did this camera only send the Main-Steam?
I think there is a issue with your Main and Sub Stram.

In the recording configuration section I attempt to adjust the sub stream configuration and I received an error message that states operation failed this function is not supported by the camera

And could you adjust this on one of the other cameras?

Yes all the other cameras allow me to adjust substream. This 8mp (2385) is the only one that causes this issue

So this is your Problem! You can try to "Reset to factory" and then try again.
