help with settings

hello I recently had to recreate my hwf 5231 z12e lpr. the camera is producing a blur near the car tires and a trailing blur from the rear of the car. attached are my settings and a picture of the blur. any suggestions on how to correct the picture would be appreciated.

Drop the NR down a lot - like try in the 20s

thank you its just switched to night mode so I can't check if the Lower NR worked. I think you are correct because in night mode my NR advanced 2d is o and advanced 3d is 48 and the night picture is perfect. Thanks again for the quick response. should I adjust the advanced 3d as well or just the 2d to 20

I would adjust them both down to the 20s. That should clean that up. At least you were still getting clean plates!

Might want to consider getting rid of “Auto” exposure. It rarely works well. For daytime try a custom range of 0-2 or 0-4
