NOTE: This is pertaining to the Blue Iris app, Blue Iris works fine on Wifi in my house. Hi all, it's been awhile since I posted and I am not the brightest guy so please be patient. So Xfinity did an upgrade in my neighborhood and I had the IP address for the WAN port forwarded in their software and I can not edit or delete it so I can change it to the new WAN IP address. I could not even get them to help me with tech support. As mentioned my Blue Iris works fine on WiFi but when I am out and about it will not connect. I am not sure if anyone can help me, hopefully someone good enough can ask for pictures of my settings perhaps, I just don't know what to do, I just hope I am making enough sense for someone to help me.
