Help cleaning up z12e night time image on moving vehicles

Hey all, just hoping for some tips on cleaning up the motion image at night for LPR with a Z12E.

I had the focus i thought pretty good on a stationary vehicle, so not sure what other items I can look into doing to fix this image

Also what is the proper profile management to have it switch between the day and night profile. It's 5:34 pm here and it is right now on the night profile when i have it set to day/night >.>
