Dahua has the following camera listed which seems like a fixed lens model of the popular HDW3241T-ZAZ.

Andy's store doesn't have it, and the sellers on Aliexpress that do have it list it as having extended shipping times because they're "pre-orders"; however, they've had this same notice listed since at least early October when I first looked. If available, it would seem $65 would be steal. If anyone knows anything more about it let me know!
