HD CAM from 2013 but there are no label on it...

I had an old cam that is working nice in the last years.
But now our provider does not allow encrypted ftp uploads.

Do someone know if there is an firmware update available,
to get FTPS SFTP connection working?

That was my first hit as well.
The MAC address yielded "Shenzhen Bilian Electronic Co，Ltd" but that's akin to looking for an oil filter for a U.S. car without knowing the make, model, year, engine, etc. IOW, no help.

The interface setup demonstration (from cctvman himself i think) looks like the right one as on my cam...



May be that somebody take a look at the video and find a compatible firmware for my cam...
