I have powered on the NVR and added a 1tb purple hdd all shows up fine.

i have gone into the camera management menu and changed the settings to the same settings of the camera

Cam ip 192.168.0.103 and the port is 8899

i have changed the ip & the Port to match the camera and i get nothing :( any help?

You need to use the 'ONVIF port', not the HTTP port.
In ODM, the ONVIF port shows in the URL at the bottom of the Identification page.

Also - the IP address assigned to the camera needs to match the IP address that the POE channel the camera is connected to is set to use.
By default (on other Hikvision NVRs) this is by default a value in the range 192.168.254.x
Inspect the NVR configuration to see what value has been set for that.
