Guide to view ActiveX, camera video feed error.

IE or Chrome / Same result

Im sure this has been gone over 100x times. But I cleared my cache, allowed active x. Reloaded Explorer in legacy mode, installed IE Tab for chrome.

Still no video feed

Is there a step by step guide out there?

Try deleting the extensions in the browser so that the NVR will require it to download from the NVR again.

Also try Pale Moon or Edge with IE tab.

+1^^^ regarding Pale Moon; insure it's the 32 bit version as the ActiveX plug-in is 32 bit.

My NVR5XX-XI-Pro is fine with Firefox (if I clear the cache, it asks to download again the webplugin, but it works)

NVR NEXT UI does not need internet explorer mode.
Use a standard browser, Chrome (Chromium) or Firefox.
