Just a regular IT guy here trying help our community society in moving their venue.
They had previous Hikvision installed and now needed help to move the system to the new place.
But they forgot the password for the ip camera.
i tried contact Hikvision technical team to reset the password but every code they give me does not work.
So wanted to see if these ip camera could be survived in any other way, or else it would go to waste.
The model number are HWI-D121H.
