Yeah it's the Dahua SD59230U-HNI.

I've always wanted to hook up a microphone to my PTZ. Can you send me links adapters as well, here is my PTZ. Its an Amcrest (Dahua OEM) and it has the MIC connection, see picture.

Mic is set to 50% on this clip.. those are cicadas in the background after truck leaves

Mic volume might be a tad too high. High pitch birds are giving feedback

Picture quality is awesome like always with the Dahua PTZ

I bumped it down to 30/100.

Try changing the sampling frequency down to 16000 and turn mic volume to 50.. I just mess with it til it sounds right to be. Play with it

So running it at 48,000 doesn't really improve things that much?

Ha ha no but I get a lot of rabbits and gophers and squirrels, birds and occasional deer.
