For some reason, I preferred the wider aspect ration of the black version. Would be been great to incorporate a sensor that could work with both views without compromising image quality.

Here in the UK I've been waiting for the white version for over a year now! When I first enquired I was told it was no longer in production with something coming in to replace it. 6 or so months later when I enquired I was told they were just out of stock and that it would come back in stock soon. I just pinged them again last week to be told it's discontinued with no replacement planned.
Really f@cking annoying as all I want is a doorbell to replace my Ring Pro 2 which I've stopped paying the sub on so it's pretty much useless
Reolink isn't worth the hype anymore - their new Doorbells are worse than the well-regarded PoE doorbells, eventually they are going to phase them out just like Dahua's horror mistake of phasing out the 5442 cameras
I found the Reolink PoE Doorbell Camera White model for sale on eBay. It is refurbished and being sold by Reolink for $77.99. I bought one to replace the black one I had as I have a tall / narrow entryway and wanted the white one but previously couldn’t find it. I received and installed it yesterday and everything is great. Works well. Comes in original packaging and it looked brand new. Very pleased. As shown in the listing, there are “more than 10 available”. Get ‘em while they’re available. Comes with a 2 year warranty, and can be returned.

Only FYI (or simply users from Germany/the Eurozone): In Germany (or the EU), you can already get them on eBay.de for under €50. The PoE version (black) currently costs €48.59 ($56,28) with a discount code. Over the last few months, the price on eBay.de has consistently hovered around the €50 mark.

When I bought a refurbished Wi-Fi doorbell on ebay.de late last year, the price on ebay was still around €60.
Edit: Sorry, I hadn't realized you meant the white model. Yes, the white model is also somewhat rarer as a refurbished item on ebay.de, and when it is available, it tends to be a bit more expensive. Currently, Reolink isn't offering the white model as a refurbished unit on ebay.de either.
