Update, the other drivers insurance was not valid. I called the police station to let them know so he could be cited for that as well. So I am stuck with getting it repaired myself. I am not filing it on my insurance. Ill will start my search for collision centers in the Atoka Tennesse area. UGHHHHH!
I'm not sure how it works where you are, but in many states I've lived in, I paid "under- and un-insured driver coverage" that was designed to cover this exact case (or in the case that someone has the bare minimum coverage and doesn't cover all the damage), and it's not considered a chargeable accident for insurance purposes.
The whole concept is perverse-- paying for something because others who weren't responsible didn't pay despite being legally obligated to do so. But at least I got my car repaired for free.
I cannot find the link now, but I heard of a state that recently made "squatted" trucks that exceed a certain amount higher in front than the rear illegal....not saying this was the case with the above as it appears lifted equally front and rear, but I'll wager the visibilty of a low

Although there are 3 OEM cameras (driver, lane assist, rear) in my '25 Bronco Sport, I installed my own mirror and rear camera.
Too many numbskulls near me blowing through red lights, and weaving in and out of traffic.
Makes me a better driver since the I know the footage could be used against me.
I am partial to WolfBox cameras.
