Low light imaging at distance can be quite a challenge.

Let's see if you can do a baseline image capture during the day at that location.

Can you put some sort of "Garage Sale" or "House for Sale" sign that is large enough to read out there during the day ?
( ideally we would have some sort of test pattern, tho I think the other sort of signage could be easier to pickup )

Then we can test it in low light.
