Again, ask a CO (Correctional Officer) how the prisoners rules they set for themselves are 10 times stronger than the laws/rules outside of prison. The CO I talked to kept mentioning Respect was a big rule, you don't disrespect anyone or their space/things. Stealing comes with a beat down, not a slap on the wrist like in California or other Liberal Cities. He did not compare that to liberal cities back then, a few decades ago when I talked to this guy, I just threw that in there comparing today's world.
