You know you bring up a good point. Malls are Dead, why not turn them into Data Centers instead stealing farm land/water?

True, most big malls of the 80's and 90's are gone. We have a couple of malls (one is Riverchase Galleria) that got revived by building a Home Depot, Costco, and various restaurants, etc. around them and pretty close but they had the real estate to do so.....but still, it's not the same as it used to be, sadly.

This is somewhat dated ( note "Sears"), but it's still accurate as far as women are concerned....I must admit that when there was a Sears it was a requirement that I stroll through the Craftsman tool section....

The key word for me is "Mission". When I went I did feel like it was a mission - get in and out in as little time as possible. If I get roped into going with the wife that slow walking wears me out.

Amazon and Walmart killed them. The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls SD is still very well stocked with stores-- nearly all spaces there are occupied. The food court has trouble keeping tenants though.

Jeez.....I dunno about you but some days I barely have enough time to wipe my butt, certainly not enough spare time to play word games with AI....but good for you, keep it up as long as you can because some day you might not be able to or like me you just won't have the time.
