Anyone know of any free software that is downloadable to pc that can generate invoices and estimates? I’ve been using www.invoice-generator.com as an online solution. I am curious about what is out there.

I've been using Quickbooks Pro 2012 desktop for so long I have not been on the prowl for anything else. If you have Excel (or likely OpenOffice or LibreOffice) you might find a decent template, theses below claim to be editable:
