the error is causing a single post into three identical postsI didn't get it....you need to repost and maybe i will.
Apparently cloudflare performed maintenance at several of their sites around the globe in the early hours of Nov 18th...

Very major outage, lots of sites and apps were down all morning (chatgpt, twitter, etc.) Glad we are back up though!
The best sites to visit on the internet were down today - huge sign of relief lol

Thanks, @looney2ns. I tried that as well. Still no go. I'd guess either the forum was out of storage capacity, or too many file handles were remaining open. Something on the back end, definitely.
