First concert: When I was 17 I saw the Allman Brothers live at Pine Knob in Southern Michigan. I think this was around ‘98-‘99. My cousin had won free tickets from the local FM radio station. We both ate mushrooms and fruited out pretty hard. I saw my first hippie tits: there were several fully nude women in the crowd enjoying the show.

The drive home in my ‘88 honda accord was brutal and riddled with bouts of extreme paranoia. Good times.

I don't know about the first but my favorite was probably The Doors. Back then concerts seemed affordable, prices are outrageous now. I suppose with so much digital music now they try to make more money with concerts.

First concert was Rush... I think it was 1981...

my favorite was probably The Doors

That is awesome! Makes me wish I was a bit older!

Pink Floyd Momentary Lapse of Reason '87

I was at this one too in 1987, Madison Square Garden... I love the classic Pink Floyd, but I think the Momentary Lapse of Reason album was way underrated.

My first concert was Green Day in the mid-2000s. I still remember losing my voice screaming along with the crowd. My favorite though is probably seeing Foo Fighters live because the energy Dave Grohl brings is unreal, just total nonstop music and the whole crowd vibing. I actually missed out on Pink Floyd but did catch Roger Waters perform some Floyd classics and that was as close as I got.

In the early 1970's lived in the city of Chicago (north side Sheridan road). Neighbor worked for Jam productions which did many concerts at the Aragon Ballroom.

Neighbor would give me press passes to see concerts there from the side boxes in the Aragon Ballroom.

I forgot Santana, early 80’s, Dallas, there may or may not have been psychedelics involved…
