My problem is very similar to this one: Firmware/Software for Honeywell HEW4PRW3 ( Told it a Dahua )
But I have a slightly diffrent model number
so I don't wanna flash the Dahua firmware without consulting the experts here 
Anyone know where I can find the Honeywell IP Utility program for this camera? I want to be able to upgarde the firmware (currently running 1.000.HW01.0.R, build : 2016-11-14). Note Honeywell willnot make it avalable to anyone who's not their official installer, nor can I find a working, updated, safe file to downlaod it.
Alternatively, I don't mind flashing a Dauha firmware (maybe better haha) - but does anyone know if this is also an IPC-HDW4421EM ?
