Faulty patch panel?

I have a Cablematters 24-port patch panel with inline keystones that connect the ethernet wires from my cameras to my POE switch. I've been having a random camera disconnect. After some troubleshooting, I noticed that when I move the keystone around with my fingers, it sometimes causes disconnects. If I use a cable tester and put pre-made cables on both ends of the keystone, I don't notice any issues. So it seems like the keystones don't always like the terminated connector from the ethernet cable coming from my cameras.

Is this just a manufacturing defect with this particular patch panel? Would you just buy another brand?

Not all RJ45 terminations are on spec. I have had fit problems using the newr style of pass-Thru terminations on the camera end.
I have a couple years experience installing patch panels in Network closets. Your punchdown tool and technique matters as well.
Might not be the patch panel so much as the copper wire contacts on the keystones.
What brand/style of RJ45's are you using on the camera cabling?

This Klein pass thru modular data plug end works fine on the Switches. However the camera end on some of my cameras doesn't "click" in properly because a "bullnose" protrusion on the part.
The Ideal non pass thru also has that "bullnose" protrusion but it's shaped differently.
The cameras Like that termination. My guess is that the part China is using on the camera's is specced for the original style RJ45 .
