Export is cutting short

I took a 45 minute clip and moved the green and red triangles down to about 25 minutes of clip.

I exported the clip and when I checked the length it had stopped at 14-15 minutes.
I went back and took the full 45 minute clip without moving the triangles and did an export, the export completes but again the clip is the same... about 15 minutes.

What could be causing this?

Does the drive you are exporting to have room for the entire clip?

are you shure the clip is 45min? does it say that on the clip list or are you using the timeline to gauge?
