Event Triggered Sounds Bug?

For event triggered sounds in UI3, Is this a bug or something on my end?
I'm getting the following errors when selecting an alert sound.

Audio Play Error: NotSupportedError
Audio Error: Code 4 (MEDIA_ERR_SCR_NOT_SUPPORTED), MEDIA_ELEMENT_ERROR, Format error.

It was all working prior to 6.0.4.7
 
Have you tried to roll back to a prior version, if you can confirm that it works in a prior version you will have confirmed that it is not due to some other change on your system!
