evaluation mode after reinstall on new pc

I just uploaded a backup on a new pc after old one crashed and it is showing evaluation mode now. please help

You need to install the version that is within the window of time that the purchase says.

Does it show what date your plan expired? If so, you need to find the version older than that date.

Is this what you are referring to? If so I would like to upgrade to 6 do i need to go to the blue iris page and purchase v6 for $99 or is there an upgrade I can get since I already have a license?

Yep, so either find a version older than 2/14/21 or pay the upgrade price (it should work despite the length of time).

You can find previous versions here, and that would work as well to find one before 2/14/21

If I want to upgrade to 6 how what link would I use and how much should it be. I see the link on the bi website for $99 is that the price of the upgrade?

It would be the upgrade/renew button on your image in post #3.

Or the extended maintenance button for $49.95 on their website

Sorry for the dumb questions just want to be sure I'm getting the right thing. If I get the one year extension of maintenace for $44.95 that will get me BI 6 and one year of maintance along with it?

It should, unless they recently implemented that this extension is only valid if the previous plan hasn't been expired more than X number of years.

Provided they haven't implemented that, then yes it would give you V6 plus a year.
