Hoping someone with Dahua/Lorex web-UI experience can help me nail down one setting.

Problem:
The bright white deterrence light comes on at night. I've confirmed it's the white light, not IR (it's bright white, not a dim red glow).
What I've already tried (all done, light still comes on):
What I'm trying to achieve: color image during the day, infrared (B&W) at night, and the white light OFF entirely. The spec sheets for this camera family mention both a Color Night Vision "booster" (white light) and infrared LEDs, so I believe true IR-only night is possible — I just can't find the setting through the NVR.

Gear:
- Camera: Lorex E863SBB (4K Smart Security Lighting Deterrence IP PoE bullet)
- Recorder: Lorex Fusion 4K 16ch, model N864A6B-Z
- Camera wired directly into the NVR's built-in PoE ports (internal 10.1.1.x network; camera is 10.1.1.128)

What I've already tried (all done, light still comes on):
- App → Light Settings → Activate Light on Smart Motion: all four toggles OFF (Person + Vehicle, both Deterrence light and Smart Security Lighting)
- App → Smart Security Lighting Modes: no mode selected (Working/Party/Panic/Custom all deselected)
- NVR → Events → Event Settings: went through Motion, Smart Motion, and the Light/Smart Security Lighting tabs; disabled/cleared what I could, including the schedule
- NVR → Camera Settings for the channel: the only relevant control exposed is Day&Night Modewith just three options — Color / Auto / Black&White
- Color or Auto → white light comes on at night
- Black&White → no white light, BUT the image is grayscale 24/7 (even in daylight), which I don't want
- There's no Illuminator / Smart IR / IR-mode option anywhere in the NVR menus, and I can't scroll or reach "Exposure" on the NVR's camera settings page

- Can I reach the E863SBB's own web interface when it's wired to the NVR's PoE ports? (Best method — laptop into a spare NVR PoE port with a static 10.1.1.x IP, or pull the cam to a PoE switch on my LAN?)
- In the camera's web UI, what's the exact path to force the illuminator to IR-only / disable the white light while keeping Day&Night on Auto? (Setting → Camera → Conditions → Illuminator?)
- Does the E863SBB actually have a true IR illuminator, or does it rely on the white light for all night imaging? If the latter, is B&W-always really my only no-white-light option?
