DS-7608NI-SE/P V3.0.22. New cam not work

Welcome. Is NVR DS-7608NI-SE / P no longer available on europe upload hikvision software?
I can not find. I have in the V3.0.22 recorder. Build 170621 and does not see me a new camera DS-2CD2142FWD-I V5.5.5. 180111 (despite the fact that it is added manually - ip camera login and password). Is this recorder no longer supporting new cameras for me?

In the 'phased out' section - the same firmware as you already have : DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

Is the camera connected to the LAN, and not to the NVR PoE port?
The IP address suggests that.

In which case the camera IP address is incorrect.
Check the IP address assigned to the NVR PoE channel you want to connect the camera to, and change the camera IP address to match it.
