DS-7604NI-E1 failed to reset password other :2015

Hi everyone
I am trying to reset my hikvision DS-7604NI-E1 password with the SADP tool with no luck whatsoever. I am getting the 'Failed to reset password other:2015'

All dates are correct.
The serial I typed in starts from 4 after the '/'using the rest of the numbers/letters (from the line below)
DS-7604NI-E1/4P0 ( i did not put my full serial here)
My laptop is connected directly to the NVR and it is beeping around the clock even when the LAN is unplugged
Am i doing something wrong here?

I cant get an import file as it was not bought from an authorised seller off hikvision. I was using this link to reset it.

OK, that's the same coding as the old version of this : Hikvision camera admin password reset tool
It sounds like the (unspecified) firmware version on the NVR is too new for that trick to work.
Do you have an exported configuration file?
