DS-7108N-SN/P : How to get still picture from it ?

Hi all,

I've ordered and received my new hikvision DS-7108N-SN/P on aliexpress. This is perfect except the fact that we can not capture a still picture by ISAPI !!! I have contact hikvision support and they said that this functionality only exists from european version and is not available for chinese model:

I've tried : GET /PSIA/Streaming/channels/1/picture?snapShotImageType=JPEG

and got

Of course my NVR is chinese and comes with an V3.0.13 build 150503 including french, english, chinese, ... langages. I've tried the last 3.0.20 from chinese website and this work well, but this one is only english and chinese and don't have any new functionalities for still pictures.

Has someone succeed it with the chinese N model or with the international (NI) model ?

I am not able to install any firmware coming from european web site: i have tried with hiktools05R1 and TFTP, but firmwares are not taken into account after reboot. Is there a way to transform N model to NI model in order to install european firmwares ? Has someone succeed to do that ?
