What i can do whit this problems is my device bricked
Is there any easy way for dummy

encoding versio v5.0 150908 after i update 5.4.71 it work well litle time but then trying conficure my new hikvision nvr ...

SADP tool working well i can change ip adress etc. But camera stay offline

That suggests it is a Chinese camera, and if so, applying the EN firmware would give the 'language mismatch' error you have seen.

If the camera is an R0 series camera - and it does seem to be from the naming of the firmware for it - you should be able to convert it to English and recover it and fully update it with the brickfixV2 method here :
R0 / DS-2CD2x32 BrickfixV2 brick recovery and full upgrade tool - enhanced.

I didnt get work that brickfixV2 method . This is DS series camera . I get seen videos via hikvision TOOL v1.2.1.1->remote cònfiguration->event->motion detection and theres showing time/date china language. So still cant use camera, ivms4200 not connect camera. Is there any other method what i can try change that language error

This is the Hikvision tftp updater tool?
What IP address did it say 'initiallised' at? It should show 192.0.0.128 or it will not operate.

That's for Stage2&3 of the brickfixV2 method only - a normal tftp server.

Suggestion:
See if the Stage1 part of the brickfixV2 method can be started by using the Batch Configuration Tool to apply the brickfixV2CN or EN initial firmware.
Download | Tools - Hikvision
If that works - you can then proceed with Stage2&3
