Hi All. I just bought a couple of Hik DS-2DE2A404IW-DE3's and the GUI has no place to specify that it's mounted on a wall, so the PTZ doesn't work right. It thinks it's on a ceiling and rotates instead of LRUD. On my other Hik's, I can specify that. Anyone have any idea why this is (firmware?) or what can be done? Thanks!
