DS-2CD2363G0-IU no video

I have a HikVision DS-@CD2363G0-IU that has no video signal. I can log int the camera and have updated and reset the firmware, but the video square is just grey.
I have tried another cable, but its still the same. I am guessing it is just dead, but thought I'd ask incase I am missing something.

What browser are you using? Specs say "Plug-in required live view: IE8+ Plug-in free live view: Chrome 57.0+, Firefox 52.0+, Safari 11+ Local Service: Chrome 41.0+, Firefox 30.0+"

(If using IE the plug-in must be downloaded from the camera and installed), click on "Download plug-in" that appears upper right of the screen image you posted.)

Just using Chrome, I can get video from my other cameras, that are a different model, just not this one.

Different model different specs. Some do require plugin, some dont

Actually, my apologies, it was Mypal because I was using an old laptop running XP so I could change all the network settings around safely.
I'll try and download the plugin and see what happens.
The NVR keeps saying wrong login or password for this camera, even though it was correct, as I can log in with the pc.
I guess this camera can have a different password than the other 5 as long as it is entered for that actual camera? That wouldn't cause a problem would it?
