Draw diagram first problem.

I recently got a new PTZ5A4K-25X. I go in to draw the virtual fence, tripwire, or anything, and it won't apply. It keeps saying I need to draw the diagram first. I have tried all browsers and even tried IE in Edge. Am I the only one this has happened to? What the heck am I doing wrong?

Usually I'd say use IE but I use Edge on mine fine.

You have Smart Plan set to IVS?

No Acupick on?

Can you show a screen shot?

IVS is set. I don't even see an Acupick anywhere. Here is what I see when I try my tripwire or anything.

I can't even remember how to add IE to my desktop.

How to enable native Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and 11:

• Open Notepad:
  • Copy then paste the single line of code below into Notepad:
  • CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
  • Save as OpenIE.vbs
• Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
• Create a shortcut to the above file and double-click it anytime you want native Internet Explorer.

I have done this hundreds of times. I click right, hit save or apply, and presto. Done. But now, when I do this, I get that message.

This doesn't work in IE either, so something is wrong. Firmware update?

Okay, got it. I had to draw another one over the top of the first one I drew. Interesting.
So, I would go in and draw my diagram as I have always done for years. Easy. It would say complete, I would hit apply, and it would say I had to draw it.
Then by accident, I drew a line, and it said complete. I then kept the line that I had drawn and drew a whole new diagram. When I did that, it said complete again. I hit apply, and it worked. So, I went and did this to the other cam, and it worked again. Never have I had to do that before.
