Door Alarm Switch

I have a Unitec 4MP IPC324ER3 with a digital alarm I/O pigtail connected to a magnetic reed switch. I'm trying to configure this in BI. Has anyone done this? I need the camera or BI to alert me when the door is opened. I'm just learning BI and this is my first exposure to this camera. Thanks.

You need to look at the the DIO settings for the camera in blue iris and the Blue Iris help file. IDK if the alarm input will work on that specific camera or not.
