Just got a call from a customer that he can't playback her NVR from DMSS. She has device on account, it says just that "Error in playback - tap again to continue". Live view via DMSS and local playback physically next to NVR works ok.
I checked the issue myself and I could reproduce it. Also couple of other NVR's that I have on account in my DMSS do the same. It acts just the same as if there were no recordings at all. Devices that are not on account work well.
Anybody else noticed the same?
