So here's a video of the 5459 series. I'd love to hear your suggestions for improvement. My settings were: Shutter 8.33, Gain 55, and 2D and 3D NR at 50. Picture settings: Contrast 57, Sharpness 35. IR was set to 100%.

You're getting a lot of noisy streaking from the NR algorithm stacking frames. Increase shutter to 15-20, decrease 3D NR to 25-45.

Fps were at 25. At 45, the image gets already grainy. It looks similar to the fixed version. I'm going to try again tonight with a slower shutter speed.

Better to keep these cameras docked at port; minimize the chances of a cargo ship serrating the poor fish in the Pacific Ocean; keep the hot sauce (with Red-40) coming though

Make sure you stand still and walk very slowly at those shutter speeds lol.

Add some strong off camera IR or a $12 solar motion flood and it may be ok

I just tested it again. I'm definitely going to sell the camera.
