Dahua PTZ35230U-IRA-N day/night problem

Guys I have a problem with the Dahua PTZ35230U-IRA-N camera that i am; several weeks ago i can use it in day color mode no problem but now it keeps reverting into night color mode no matter what i do!

Please help me out. I have no idea how to deal with this problem no matter what i do!
 
Not enough natural light? Or a dirty camera?

My 12MP IPC-HDBW81230E-Z has the same problem, yesterday installed new and tried every option I could see in settings now I setup on day mode and forced color.

Yesterday i tried a few manual reboots and reset the cam several times, it didn't work. But then at around 4pm in the afternoon, it suddenly turns back to color mode with no explanation.

Could it really be an issue with the firmware for the Dahua PTZ35230U-IRA-N?
