Dahua NVR5216-8P-I how can I setup face database, no menue availble over webbrowser

Hi Guys,

I got a Dahua 8P-I.
My problem I want to setup face recognition, but there is no buttin to generate database when I go over
web browser.

Direct on screen this is plug on NVR I have the button.

Is this normal?
I saw serveral tutorials

Latest SW.

Many other things can't be controlled over web interface.
Like SMD Parameters

No it’s not.
Try using a different browser. IE

Thanks a lot with the old Explorer it works better.
With the add-in installed.

But:
I can see videos under "search" directly on the NVR and get it displayed in a timeline.
I don't see this in any browser, non-opera, not explorer, not firefox.

And 2nd question, where can I set the pre recording time for recording over video meta or SMD?

Really wish Dahua and other NVR/DVR makers would update their software to accept Firefox 80 or newer, Chrome 80 or newer, Edge 80 or newer & Safari 10 or newer
