Dahua HTTP API with wget from CMD line

Dahua HTTP API patially working with WGET
getCurrent time

base on the documentation I had a try on this via web interface then with command line

wget

http://user:[email protected]/cgi-bin/global.cgi?action=getCurrentTime

result=2020-04-03 12:38:14

then I want to update the date with similar command but it only works on web browser and not with cmd line

from web interface​

http://user:[email protected]/cgi-bin/global.cgi?action=setCurrentTime&time=2020-4-3%2012:34:00

result OK​

from cmd​

wget

http://user:[email protected]/cgi-bin/global.cgi?action=setCurrentTime&time=2020-4-3 12:00:00

i get redirecting to wget-log without success

Any idea ?
