Dahua DHI-NVR58324KS2

I got dahua DHI-NVR58324KS2 new set up and it is showing dahua logo on screen with NVR 4.0. Please help me out

Have you already been through setup?

I've seen that with peripheral compatibility issues
I will usually use an old fashioned VGA monitor connection, and USB connected mouse

As soon as I powered on it was on dahua logo screen before even I setup. I can’t do anything.
I use VGA connection and did use usb wired mouse.

Hmm, only time Ive encountered that was as I mentioned with a peripheral problem.

May have to return it...
