Dahua DHI-NVR4216-I Firmware to allow Auto Tracking

Seems only some vendors sell this NVR with the auto tracking enabled, even if I could find a version with that enabled, whenever a new upgrade was available it would not have the auto tracking . Anyone else have this issue ? The NVR came from China, so no local US Dahua support. Any suggestions ( other than buying a unit from the US sellers)
