Dahua cameras not recording.

One of six Dahua cameras not recording. Added this sixth camera and configured settings to match five existing cameras on SmartPSS. Event settings match but no playback records on the newly added camera. Any suggestions?

Are you using SmartPSS as a VMS to record or an NVR?

If the latter, make sure recording set properly on the NVR. Don’t rely on SmartPSS to push settings to the NVR

Thank you. I was trying to set via SmartPSS but using the NVR worked.
