Dahua Camera? Lorex NVR Issue

I have an 8 camera set up with 6 Lorex Cameras and two Dahua.

One PTZ Dahua SD49225XA-HNR
One LPR DAHUA ITC431-RW1F-IRL8

All the cameras were working great and then one day my LPR stopped working.

The camera still works but no longer sends an image.

All seven of the cameras have an ip camera address of 10.1.1.XXX
The one not working the LPR is sending the following 192.168.0.XX

Does anyone have a suggestion?
 
Sounds like firmware corrupted or hacked and IP changed.

I would factory reset camera and reconnect
