Dahua cam with added user accounts

Someone has obviously gotten into my cams and added users named "bdetmfh" in the admin group and "CISA" under memo. I cannot remove these.....when I try, it say "reserved account."

Any ideas here other than reset?

Yes. They are. This will be changing, once I get into the Omada network and block them to WAN.
