Hello again wonderful forum!
I just got yet another member of my collection, a Dahua IPC-HDBW4431R-AS.
I've got everything working through blue iris EXCEPT THE CAMERA SPEAKER.
- Mic works
- Video works
- Speaker DOES work if I use a web browser to connect to the camera
Actually it's a 4433 but I heard they're basically the same apart from it has this 12v DC out (which of course I can find no information about in terms of wattage)
So here's what we've got so far:
- Find/Inspect works great
- See Settings below
- - Detects Audio out:
- URL: /cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif
- - Seems to be in line with what Dahua likes
- Video Works!
- Using the mobile app and blue iris software, the microphone I bought works great!
- THE SPEAKER WORKS - but only if I connect to the camera via web browser + plugin
- - Interestingly, it's bidirectional - I get a nice feedback loop
- BlueIris app for PC and iPhone allow me to hit the push to talk button but no audio comes through speaker
- I have tried the various "Dahua" Makes under the network IP config, nothing seems to work
- I've tried changing the RTSP port in BI to 80 (makes no sense but someone else said it worked for them)
- I've tried toggling RTSP back-channel on and off
- Is there a way to get the speaker to work through blue iris or the app
Thanks in advance!
