dahua 2439 vs Colorvu Night performance

As the title states. I'm curious on how well the 2439 night performance is. I've used a lot of colorvu, but could the 2439 be a cheaper option and close to the same quality?

Pretty poor compared with the 4MP 1/1.8" ColorVu I expect.
It seems to have a 4MP 1/3" sensor.

Agree with @alastairstevenson , a better comparison would be the 5442 Full Color series
