Good point. i will check and see... I hate to resubmit the request because of the delaying progress

I get a response. They couldn't find a solution on why the BI software wouldn't work. Or why the mainstream selection SecondStreamProfile did not appear correctly.
They suggested this forum. I guess renewing/EXT support is not helpful. I loved this software for years - maybe I outgrew it.

Or maybe you are using a cheap camera that isn't truly ONVIF compliant....

True. It is always the consumer's fault for not spending enough. I have purchased many cameras from the "good suppliers" that have failed. Rebranded Chinese cameras are still Chinese cameras.

Hey, I don't know if you are still on this but I discovered second camera was available on /21 and /22

so /11 and /12 are for fixed lens (main and sub quality stream)
/21 and /22 for ptz lens (main and sub quality stream)

Still got to find how to drive the ptz now, but pretty sur it will as generif onvif software works on ptz commands
