Constantly seeing no alerts in database - even after restoring via 'repair/regenerate'

I’v been having this problem for awhile. What would be considered to be the latest stable BI right now?

The latest update addressed the database. I would start with that.

5.7.6 - May 3, 2023 Database update

5.7.6 - May 3, 2023 This version revises and hardens database access code in order to increase efficiency and reliability. Specifically, the console will no longer append/update into the database, but rather send these requests to the service.

Okay. I’m on 5.7.6.3 right now. I closed BI deleted the db reopened BI now I’m getting “over allocated“ tried delete/regen with no luck.
 
I fixed the over allocated. My fault. I changed the storage to 5000. I returned it back to 1000 and that fixed the over allocated. I did go back to 5.7.5.6 to see if it will help my DB “Alerts” from being deleted situation.

Has anyone moved from 5.5.9.6 to latest without issues? I'm on 5.5.9.6 and it seems very stable. Don't really want to touch it, but don't want to be too far back

If it‘s working I’d stay. I’m having DB issues at the moment but it could just be me. I’m using 5.7.5.6. I might try your version. Lol
